Founded by alumni of IIM, Ahmedabad and Narsee Monjee in 2003, WorkEasy brings together over 30 years of experience in varied industries including Banking, Media, HR, Training, Financial Services & BPO. WorkEasy has worked with close to 5000 people training them in interviews, goal setting and career planning.

A management graduate from IIM, Ahmedabad, Richa has worked as a corporate banker with ANZ Grindlays Bank, a stock analyst and TV journalist with CNBC India, and as an independent student and corporate trainer. She is also a published writer of fiction. Richa has worked with over 2000 individuals, training them in goal-setting, interviews, communication and teamwork. |

A management graduate from Narsee Monjee, Mumbai, Aarti worked extensively as a Corporate Banker with ANZ Grindlays Bank, and with ABC Consulting, a leading placement consulting firm and as a student and corporate trainer in the areas of self-presentation, career planning, marketing oneself, team work, leadership and corporate culture. |

She holds a Masters in Business Economics, Delhi University, followed by Diploma in Business & Professional Communications, University of Chicago. She has worked extensively in financial services and BPO industry with Citibank, Citi Financial & ATS Services. Sujata has experience in training in the sphere of corporate culture, communication, self-presentation and is an accredited MBTI trainer. |
